One Park at the Quay: Revamped Twin Towers Set to Transform Sarasota's Bayfront by 2026

In 2021, the One Park development at the Quay was set to rise 18 stories on a 1.6-acre plot at Boulevard of the Arts and North Tamiami Trail, part of a larger 14.5-acre bayfront project. Initially proposed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Sarasota-based MoneyShow, it included a breezeway connecting two buildings.

However, a court ruling in October last year halted the original plan, prompting a redesign. Now, the $500 million project features two distinct towers: One Park and One Park West, each with separate lobbies, amenities, and price ranges. One Park offers larger units with bay views starting at $3 million, while One Park West has smaller units with downtown views starting at $1 million.

PMG purchased the land for $37 million last year. Construction for both towers is expected to begin in October and complete by the end of 2026. One Park West includes 69 units ranging from 1,033 to 3,399 square feet with amenities like a rooftop lounge, fitness studio, and infinity-edge pool. One Park has 86 units from 2,569 to 5,327 square feet, offering a spa, fitness studios, and a private theater.
