Aster & Links Brings Exciting Commercial Options

The Aster & Links mixed-use development is energizing the quieter end of Main Street in downtown Sarasota, introducing a blend of vibrant dining, retail, and service options. With 51,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space beneath its two residential towers, this project is redefining what the area has to offer.

Commercial Tenants on the Rise
Sprouts Farmers Market, a key anchor tenant, has seen great success since opening its doors in September. Its presence has already drawn consistent foot traffic, setting the tone for the area’s revitalization.

In early 2025, OfKors Bakery, a beloved brand from the busier part of Main Street, will open a café in the Aster & Links building. The café promises to deliver a unique experience, blending the bakery’s signature offerings with the convenience of a modern, upscale space.

The development team is also in talks with restaurant groups for a prominent 5,000-square-foot corner space. Concepts include a daytime café that transitions into a wine bar in the evening, appealing to both locals and visitors seeking variety and sophistication.

Beyond dining, boutique retail and services are making their mark. Isabel, a women’s fashion boutique, opened in September, and owner Isabel Lacy is thrilled with the growing foot traffic. In December, high-end med-spa SkinSpirit joined the roster, adding a luxurious wellness option to the mix.
