Ocean Prime is set to open its highly anticipated Sarasota location at the end of December, bringing the upscale dining experience to the vibrant Quay Sarasota area. This will be Ocean Prime’s 19th location nationwide and its fourth in Florida, joining its popular restaurants in Tampa, Orlando, and Naples.

The restaurant’s parent company, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, is helmed by founder and CEO Cameron Mitchell. A longtime resident of Siesta Key, Mitchell is excited to finally bring Ocean Prime to Sarasota. For him, this opening is not just about expanding the brand but also realizing a dream to bring his business closer to home. Having waited specifically for the development of The Quay, Mitchell envisions this location as the perfect blend of upscale ambiance and accessibility, with its proximity to the bay, nearby neighborhoods, hotels, and a walkable local scene.

The concept behind Ocean Prime was to offer guests a luxurious blend of a high-end steakhouse with the finest seafood selections. As the restaurant evolved, so did its menu, reflecting an attention to detail and guest feedback.
