On October 1st, downtown Sarasota’s waterfront came alive as One Park Sarasota broke ground on its 18-story luxury tower. Developed by PMG and MoneyShow in The Quay’s bayside community, this 86-residence condominium will offer over 40,000 square feet of top-tier amenities.
