Siesta Key has welcomed a new addition to its dining scene with the opening of Siesta Pokè. Located in Siesta Key Village and owned by Above the Bar Hospitality Group, the restaurant focuses on customizable poke bowls and acai bowls, offering a fresh and healthy option for locals and tourists alike.

Siesta Pokè brings a beachy vibe, with tables made from Venice’s Zap Skimboards to complement its surf, skate, and swim theme. Guests can build their bowls with bases like white rice or quinoa, choose from proteins such as tuna, salmon, or tofu, and top it all off with unique in-house sauces.

The restaurant’s sauces set it apart, from sweet poke sauce to a spicy jalapeño cream. In addition to poke bowls, Siesta Pokè offers acai bowls for a refreshing breakfast option, loaded with fresh fruits, granola, peanut butter, and more.

Above the Bar Hospitality Group continues to innovate, with Siesta Pokè standing out as the newest concept in their diverse lineup, which also includes The Hub Baja Grill and The Cottage Siesta Key.

Siesta Pokè is open daily, starting at 10 a.m. for breakfast.
