Exciting progress is unfolding at The Quay Sarasota as Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach-based developer, gears up to initiate the second phase of The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Blocks 7 and 8, boasting stunning views of the marina. This initial tower, part of a planned trilogy, will introduce 78 luxurious condominiums, complementing PMG’s One Park on Block 1, and earmarking Block 9 for future development.

Kolter Urban, fresh from completing Bayso, is also busy with Cordelia by Lennar Multifamily Communities, a lavish 240-unit rental apartment complex on Blocks 2 and 3. While the first tower will grace The Quay, plans include two more towers at the Hyatt Regency site, with Kolter Hospitality overseeing hotel operations until redevelopment commences.

Preparations are underway for construction to kick off on the South Tower this summer, positioned adjacent to the Central Quay open space and west of the historic Belle Haven building. It promises exclusive amenities like The Harbor Club for residents’ enjoyment. Offering three and four-bedroom units spanning from 3,500 to nearly 6,000 square feet, prices will range from $3.7 million to just over $12 million.
