Wild Blue at Waterside, a lakefront community off University Parkway in Lakewood Ranch, has reached a major milestone with nearly $227.5 million in home and home site sales in just over a year. Developed by Stock Development, the community offers home sites ranging from 64 feet to 1 acre, with homes starting at $1.5 million.

In its first 60 days, 85 of 94 available lots were sold, prompting the early release of phase two. To date, 134 home sites or homes have been sold, showcasing strong demand for the luxurious development.

Builders include Stock Custom Homes, Stock Luxury Homes, Anchor Builders, AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg, John Cannon Homes, and Lee Wetherington Homes.

Future amenities include the Midway Sports Complex, opening in early 2025, with tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; dog parks; a playground; and a pro shop. Plans are also underway for a residents’ clubhouse featuring a theater, fitness studio, golf simulator, pool complex, yoga lawn, and putting green.
