Glow Sauna Studios, a leader in health and wellness, is opening its first Florida location in Sarasota in mid-2025. Founded in 2017, the Dallas-based franchise offers infrared sauna and red light therapy, known for benefits like detoxification, skin rejuvenation, and pain relief.

The Sarasota location will be led by Joanne Lavery, a former anesthesia technician, and two ER nurses. Together, they plan to open three studios in the area, starting with Center Gate. Each will feature 12-15 rooms, including group cabins for social sessions lasting 30-45 minutes.

With its efficient business model and growing popularity, Glow Sauna Studios is set to make a significant impact on Sarasota’s wellness scene.
